Benz TT 2200 series stretch high elongation materials to 48", offering realtime force and elongation values.
As realtime force and elongation values change, Benz TT 2200 tensile testers display them on a computer monitor for study, comparison, printing and record-keeping.
TT 2220's offers uninterrupted "load and go" operation. Results are precise and reproducible. Reports are easily customized.
The Benz TT 2210, the largest of the Benz tensile tester series, has a tensile force of 10,000 lbs. The smallest in this series, the TT 2201, applies up to 1000 lbs. of force. All crossheads in this series extend as much as 48 inches.
TT 2200's operate on Benzwin 2000 software, native to Windows 2000, and they include the software, Windows 2000, and PCs as part of the complete system. Benzwin 2000 software can also run on Windows 95, NT, 98, ME and XP. Benzwin software provides data acquisition and comparison with past results through test curve displays and statistical analysis summaries.
Stress and strain analysis does not require repeat testing and calculating, saving time for production managers, quality controllers and researchers.
In addition to tensile testing, Benz tensile testers test tear strength, peel strength, adhesion, coefficient of friction, burst, proofload, stress relaxation and custom tests.
TT 2200's are compact, requiring only about three square feet of counter space. TT 2200 hardware includes an emergency stop switch and programmed safety limits to eliminate load cell overload.
A number of grips for different types of material are available. Fixtures, adapters, environmental chambers, sample preparation equipment and extensometers are also available.
Benz supports all Benz tensile testers with a free one-year warranty. |
